Purchase and restore help

SnapThen uses a one-time Google Play unlock on Android. If you have trouble with a purchase or restoring access, include the device model, Android version, and a short description of what happened.

Payment processing is handled by Google Play, but we can help with app-side unlock questions where possible.

Import and export help

SnapThen supports exporting and importing one board at a time. If you are having trouble sharing or opening a board package, support can help you check the export file flow and the receiving device steps.

When contacting support, it helps to mention whether the issue happened during export, sharing, or import.

Permissions basics

  • Camera is used when you want to take photos for a board.
  • Photos or files access is used when you choose existing images or import or export a board package.
  • Microphone is used only if you choose to record audio for a step.
